Returns & Refund Policy


The return policy spans 14 days from the moment your item lands on your doorstep, granting you a two-week window to initiate a return.

For a return to qualify, your item should mirror its original condition, untouched and unspoiled, complete with tags and nestled in its initial packaging. Don't forget to hold onto the receipt or any proof of purchase.

To kickstart the return process, simply fill in the return form. Upon approval, we'll furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that any items dispatched to us without prior authorisation will be declined.

Bear in mind that the cost of returning items rests with the customer, and you're accountable for their safe arrival in our hands. Moreover, postage fees initially covered by the buyer won't be reimbursed.

If you encounter any damages or discrepancies upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the contents and notify us without delay. We're committed to rectifying any issues swiftly and satisfactorily.

Certain items, like bespoke products, may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Regrettably, we're unable to entertain returns for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.

Should you desire an exchange, the most efficient route is to return the original item, and upon approval of the return, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method.

Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the refund transaction.
